Casper’s history with Northcliff Orthopaedic Centre began in his very first year of university. He joined G Ferreira Inc. early in his studies, completing his practical training with the team. Upon qualifying, he was immediately offered a permanent position and has been a dedicated pillar of the practice ever since. He is deeply committed to his patients, always striving to provide the best possible clinical solutions tailored to each individual. A motorbike enthusiast since childhood, Casper is known for his dedication even in his commute, riding his motorcycle daily, come rain or shine. He is a lover of speed and technical precision, frequently taking his track bike to the race circuit to let the adrenaline flow. This passion for mechanics and performance translates into his clinical work, where he applies the same level of focus and excellence to patient care.

He qualified in 2015, obtained his B.Tech degree in 2016 and has over 10 years of experience. His areas of expertise include:

• Prosthetics: Comprehensive management of both upper and lower limb prosthetic solutions, including high-tech microprocessor knees (MPKs) and myoelectric hands and elbows.
• Transfemoral Prosthetics: Highly specialised in the management and fitting of above-knee prosthetic solutions.
• Orthoses for Neuro-orthopaedic Patients: Expert prescription, manufacturing and design of advanced neurological bracing systems (AFOs, KAFOs and spinal bracing).
• Custom Foot Orthotics: Specialised solutions for diabetic patients, geriatrics, athletes and general structural foot problems.
• Paediatric Orthotic Foot Care: Addressing congenital and developmental foot problems in children.
• Sports Injury Bracing: Providing stability and support for peak athletic recovery.
• Medical Compression Stocking Therapy: Specialised treatment for vascular conditions, including varicose veins, chronic venous insufficiency and post-DVT recovery.
