About Medi Rent
Medi Rent is our hire service for medical equipment that you only need for a while, for example while you recover from an operation or an injury.
We rent out wheelchairs, with a leg extension if you need one, and knee walkers, by the week or by the month. You pay a deposit, which you get back when the equipment is returned intact.

What you can hire
Suits: anyone who needs a wheelchair or a knee walker for a few weeks, while they recover
- Wheelchair
- A folding wheelchair with large back wheels you can push yourself on, or a carer can push from behind. The footrests swing out of the way, and a leg extension keeps a leg straight if you need it.
- Knee walker
- For a broken foot or ankle, or after an operation on one. You rest the knee of that leg on the padded seat and push along with your other foot, so the injured foot carries no weight. It steers with a handlebar and has a hand brake and a basket.
